FAQ

Q: How do I book you for my event?

A: If the event date is available securing it requires a $75 booking/retainer fee. That fee is put towards the event day of service total.

Q: Do you offer trials for the mother of the bride/groom, or other family members?

A: I like to reserve the bridal trials for just brides to cater to them and their needs. I am happy to answer any questions or address any concerns family/bridal party members may have prior to the event.

Q: What if I have a larger bridal party?

A: I work with a trusted team of artists and handle securing artist assistance as needed.

Q: How do you create the schedule for the wedding day?

A: I generate a “day of timeline” based off the number of services needed that day and the “ready time”, as assigned by the planner or photographer. I allow 45 minutes a service and add in buffer time as needed for set up, cleanings, touch ups, and payments. All clients getting services done are responsible for being on location and ready to go, as needed, to keep the day running smoothly.

Q: When do you need to know how many people want services?

A: It’s encouraged as early as possible (since I secure additional artists for larger parties), but a confirmed count is only required two weeks from the event date. If previously agreed upon services are canceled within two weeks of the event, there will be a $75 fee for each canceled service.

Q: What if someone wants to add a service day of?

A: Typically, there is not additional time factored in for any add-on services the day of.
